We need an board like that. But it need to work.

Can’t just let the system regulate itself. That’s why the mobile services are so expensive in Canada and that our Internet providers have free reign like they have right now.

AvantGo , a popular offline browser for PDAs and smartphones, will cease to exist as of the end of June. Sybase, AvantGo’s parent company, has announced that it will close down the service at the end of the month. AvantGo has been around since the days of the first Palm Pilot’s. The service provided mobile formatted online content channels with an offline browser and desktop synchronization client. It started out as a Palm OS service and was also ported to Windows Mobile PDAs and Symbian Phones. PalmInfocenter published a review of AvantGo v3.3 way back in April 2000.

When I said we had a problem with mobility in Canada! This does not feel right.

This brand had probably the lowest rate in Canada and was really no gimmic.

I wonder how long it will last.

And what will happen to Solo also a brand owned by Bell. They didn’t know how to make that fly and they’ll do better with Virgin?

If it things to come with the new licences that are to be created? Is it competition and open market?
